Through the ups and downs of life, he learned the value of perseverance, determination, and an unshakeable belief in oneself. Bhagvanta Singh, an entrepreneur, started his journey uniquely. He changed the date of birth on his grade sheet to obtain a sales position, which got him his first job. Although his family was confused by his decision to abandon his studies and pursue a career in sales, he was determined to make a name for himself. Despite not having a clear direction in life, he continued to be in sales and think deeply about the purpose of his existence each night. Eventually, he ventured into a different line of business and earned a bike from the company through his hard work and experience. Bhagvantaa Singh has always lived life on his terms, and his journey highlights the importance of trueness, determination, and taking risks. Despite facing obstacles and societal pressures, he pursued his passion and achieved success in his unique way.
After arriving in Delhi, Bhagvantaa settled in the city in 2013 but was still determining what to do next. He found work as a waiter during the busy holiday season, which led him to gain experience in hotel management. With his quick thinking and communication skills, he quickly advanced to become a specialist in this field by October 2014. His superiors supported his idea to start his own business, encouraging him to pursue his passion. This set him on the path to entrepreneurship, where he continued to learn and grow. He expanded his business to cover airports and eventually decided to open a management institute, "RD Group of Management and Technology," to meet the rising demand for qualified professionals. As the number of people working for him continued to grow, he maintained his commitment to hard work and dedication, which contributed to his success in the business world. This led to the growth and success of his businesses, which continue to thrive today. Mr Bhagvanta Singh's entrepreneurial journey began when he arrived in Delhi in 2013 and took a job as a waiter, leading him to gain valuable experience in hotel management. To meet the rising demand for qualified professionals, he opened the RD Group of Management in 2017, which has achieved a 100% success rate and placed over a thousand candidates in hotels and airports each year. As the business continued to prosper, he founded an IT tech company Bhartiya Tech to offer Tech services, live classes, Internship and training in almost every IT domain. He also launched his Hotel, flight and tour package booking Platform. Now his next aim is to have his own airline company by 2025. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, he remains determined to achieve his goals and expand his businesses.
